THE PROBLEM AS WELL AS BACKGROUND

Medical knowledge of into the disease procedures is of little use with out appropriate medical skills to implement. The talents to plan and organize work will be of little benefit to patients or clients if the attitude that nurses worth such as, nurturing and persistence is not present; consequently , integration from the knowledge, abilities and attitudes of breastfeeding is the important key to understanding and performing competencies. Medical today, encounters a lot of challenges. Probably this is second to the fact that we have a continuous fall in the national passing rate of the breastfeeding professionals. These types of raised a great alarming concern regarding the top quality of breastfeeding education throughout the Thailand. Most even would question the competency of newly qualified nurses because they believe which the academe does not provide the important knowledge and skills essential for entry level. In Bulacan, nursing schools happen to be rapidly encountering natural death. Very few universities remained position to attest that they could provide quality education. Bulacan State University is some of those, however by 2008 up to present, a notable decrease in the transferring rate was observed. In place with this kind of, the researcher would like to understand whether the students could even now provide competent nursing care through an evaluation in their scientific performance. Through this study, the investigator would collect information that might further improve the quality of nursing education and will sharpen well-equipped rns in the future.
Background of the Study
Bulacan State University or college is one of the most recognized schools which provide quality education in various fields of the occupation. Under the college or university, the college of nursing was established. It envisions to be the center of excellence in nursing education where students' skillsets and expertise are honed to the maximum potentials in a culture that promotes greatest academic requirements. In the year 2008, the college made their leader batch of nursing specialist with a significant passing charge in the local panel exam. As time passes, they still strive to improve their services for the students. However , a distinctive decreased was observed in spite of all these efforts. This may approximately affect the clinical performance for the future nursing experts. The investigator would like to identify their competency in the entry level and how it might be affected by the current nursing academe.
Assertion of the Problem
The study aimed to evaluate the specialized medical performance of the 4th year nursing college student of Bulacan State University or college school yr 2011-2012. Particularly it clarified the following queries:
1 . Just how may the respondent's profile be described in terms of: a. Age
n. Year in the BSN plan
2 . How would the clinical instructors price the performance of BSN 4 learners in the clinical area in relation to knowledge, expertise and attitudes? a. Based on the length of publicity of the pupils in the hospital b. Based on the consistency they have taken care of the students
