J. Michaels Restaurant
J. Michaels was fonded in 1997 and serves classicly-inspired Italian food. The restaurant is situated in the basement of the old Sissons Department Store building, which is now most well known as the building where the Citadel radio stations are housed.
The entrance is located on State Street (Binghamton) and patrons descend into what seems like a classic speakeasy. The food is moderately priced and they have a full bar available.
