Tibia Kong Mitsukoshi is the department store that is going to branch out either Brazil or Russia. The objective of this research is to determine which will country is a good one to department. The research was collected from the web. The five dimensions of national traditions and command styles will be the tools which have been used to assist to determine. Since the fact that Taiwan and Brazil have shared the most similarities, Brazil is the one that have been chosen to always be branch away. On account of the five proportions of national culture and leadership variations are similar to Taiwan than Spain. It is also the first South American subordinate company to get Shin Kong Mitsukoshi. There is another instrument that has been used, which is the leadership style. There are 3 different types of leadership styles. I think my leadership style would be paternalistic and a little bit of severe. I i am a leader that sometimes can be bossy, yet , can also acknowledge the alternatives if which better approach.
