Understanding and Managing Conduct in the Learning Environment

Job 1: Describe and talk about aspects of current national legislation, which have significance to managing behaviour inside the learning environment. As instructors, we have an obligation of proper care to understand and be aware of the current legislation that may have an influence on the management of behaviour in the learning environment. Controlling behaviour can be an area that can determine that all learners have the right to attain; therefore , it is important that we understand the legal significance fully in an educational company. Below is an example of these types of policies that are relevant to my teaching.
